i always find the team great here. everyone is very friendly. accommodating. i enjoy how close it is to watford junction because its much cheaper than staying in london. i could easy catch a train.
the shower had good pressure. however, some areas in the building seems like needing a refurb, especially the bathrooms which looked pretty dated.

the location is good for city access. friendly staff helped with parking issues i faced. the reception bar was nice. the dining area was also clean.
the room smelled of stale smoke upon arrival. the walls seemed thin as i could hear voices next door. this made it difficult to sleep well. i alerted the staff about the smell.
