so the room wasnt exactly a palace. i mean, the walls seemed to be made of paper. i could hear every conversation, every cough, every snore from the rooms beside me. and the breakfast? lets just say i needed a strong coffee to get through that sad buffet.

My room was quite spacious and clean. The hotel has on-site parking available. It operates on a first-come, first-served basis. The staff members I encountered were friendly and quite helpful (they really go the extra mile!). I found the location to be ideal with easy access to nearby shops.
The bathroom design seemed somewhat outdated, though it was perfectly functional.

Breakfast included a variety of options such as cereal and juice; the cooked breakfast featured sausages and bacon. Orange juice was available, and I especially liked the cereal selection. The breakfast service started promptly at 7:00 AM each morning.

i always find the team great here. everyone is very friendly. accommodating. i enjoy how close it is to watford junction because its much cheaper than staying in london. i could easy catch a train.
the shower had good pressure. however, some areas in the building seems like needing a refurb, especially the bathrooms which looked pretty dated.

the room smelled of stale smoke upon arrival. the walls seemed thin as i could hear voices next door. this made it difficult to sleep well. i alerted the staff about the smell.
